I’ve been thinking about the concept of emptiness. Is it a good thing? Is it a bad thing? When we look at emptiness as not having the stuff we want, it’s pretty uncomfortable. Yet some faith traditions see the idea of emptiness as a good thing. In this sermon, I explore the concept of emptiness in consideration of Matthew 21:23-32; Philippians 2:1-11.
